About Daniella

I work with women who are capable, thoughtful, and quietly exhausted — women who have been holding a lot for a long time and are ready for something to feel steadier.

My approach to wellness and coaching is grounded, gentle, and practical. I believe support should fit into real life, not require you to become a different version of yourself or add more pressure to an already full plate.

My Background

I am an artist, wellness coach, and communications professional. I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility, navigate change, and keep showing up even when you’re tired. I’ve built businesses, worked full-time, raised children, and lived through seasons of burnout, reflection, and reinvention.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I bring together coaching, wellness practices, and creative approaches to support women who want to slow down, regain clarity, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded way.

This work isn’t about fixing or transforming who you are. It’s about creating space to listen, reflect, and come back to steadier ground.

How I Work

I don’t believe in pushing, hustling, or forcing change. I believe in meeting people where they are and working at a pace that fits their lives.

My role is to offer calm, non-judgmental support — a place where you don’t have to perform, explain, or have it all figured out. Together, we focus on what you need right now so you can move forward with more clarity and intention.
